SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of the Canadian Clock Company’s clocks are professionally packed right at our manufacturing facility in Ottawa. We take the utmost care in making sure your clocks are handled gently, and arrive in perfect working order.
All of our clocks ship through Canada Post’s ground service. When you make your purchase, Canada Post’s shipping calculator will calculate shipping and handling at checkout, along with an estimated delivery time.
Some shipping arrangements carry no charge. If you’re shipping to us under warranty, or we’re shipping your clock back to you after repairing it, the shipping’s on us—you just take care of the packing!
If you’re returning a clock within 30 days of taking delivery of it, please ensure the clock is packed carefully. We can only issue refunds on clocks in like-new condition. Customer is responsible for shipping returns.
